Special Education Teacher

Wrenshall School District is seeking a 1.0 FTE Secondary Special Education Teacher for the 2018-2019 school year. Valid MN Special Education Teaching License required. School Psychologist

Wrenshall and Carlton School Districts, as part of the Northern Lights Special Education Cooperative (NLSEC), are seeking a talented and motivated School Psychologist to work in both districts to fulfill a 1.0 FTE position beginning in the 2018-2019 school year.

Applicants must have:

  • Completion of a NASP approved program of School Psychology
  • Motor Vehicle Operator’s License or ability to provide own transportation.
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist preferred
  • Experience working in an education or school setting preferred

Custodian

Wrenshall School has an opening for a .8 FTE Custodian. This is an AFSCME Union, Grade 4, year round position. Custodian performs general cleaning and light maintenance to provide pleasant and safe surroundings for students, staff and visitors. Work conditions include standing, walking, stairs, heavy lifting, pulling, pushing, etc. Previous custodial experience preferred. Elementary Literacy Tutor, .75 position (Minnesota Reading Corp)

Would you love to help children grow with their reading skills and succeed in school?  If your answer is yes, serve as a tutor with Minnesota Reading Corps at Wrenshall Elementary School for the 2017-2018 school year.  Whether you want to explore a career in education, re-enter the workforce, or give back to your community, you can be a child’s hero as a tutor.  As a Literacy Tutor, you’ll use research-proven strategies to help elementary students gain the reading skills they need to thrive in school and in life.

Math Enrichment Tutor, .75 position (Minnesota Math Corp)

You can help youth succeed in school by giving them the extra support they need to do math. Whether you’re looking to explore a new career in education, re-enter the workforce or simply want to work with kids, you can make a direct impact by serving as a Math Enrichment Tutor at Wrenshall School for the 2017-2018 school year.

Math Enrichment Tutors work with 4th through 8th graders at the school. They follow a curriculum and conduct progress monitoring to ensure their students are proficient in math by 8thgrade. They commit to daytime hours.
