Secretary/ Receptionist

The Wrenshall School has an opening for a secretary/ receptionist. This position is located in Esko, MN at the Northern Lights Special Education Cooperative. Wrenshall School partners with the Northern Lights Special Education Cooperative to provide comprehensive special education services for our students. Custodian

Wrenshall School has an opening for a .8 FTE Custodian. This is an AFSCME Union, Grade 4, year round position starting at $15.81/hour. Custodian performs general cleaning and light maintenance to provide pleasant and safe surroundings for students, staff and visitors. Work conditions include standing, walking, stairs, heavy lifting, pulling, pushing, etc. Previous custodial experience preferred. Bus Driver

The Wrenshall School District is seeking a permanent position bus driver (regular morning and afternoon route). This is an AFSCME union position $27.52/hr 172 contract days/yr 2.75 hrs/day. There is also an opportunity for extra curricular trips at $14/hour. Drivers are required to obtain CDL with School Bus Endorsement. The district will provide free training to eligible candidates. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Reading Tutor – Minnesota Reading Corps

Make a difference in your community and join our team as a reading tutor. Wrenshall Public School is looking for reading tutors to give their time and talent to help our kids become successful readers and learners. 

Tutors work one-on-one or in small groups with students during school hours throughout the school year. No matter if you’re a recent grad, career changer, stay-at-home parent or retiree, you can make a great tutor. No experience? No problem. Minnesota Reading Corps provides comprehensive training in strategies proven to help students learn, so tutors are well equipped to help students grow. 

Perks as A Tutor 

  • Receive a stipend every two weeks 
  • Earn up to $4,200 for college tuition or student loans. Tutors 55 and older may gift the award to their child, grandchild, stepchild or foster child. 
  • Free health insurance and child care assistance for those who qualify.
